I can only guess (as can the creators, I\u2019d imagine).<\/p>\n<p>Last year I asked, &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.adobe.com\/jnack\/2012\/04\/going-to-the-design-gym.html\">Would you go to the &#8216;design gym&#8217; with me?<\/a>,\u201d proposing to challenge &amp; reward people, helping them sharpen their skills. I still think there\u2019s some promise there, but it\u2019s easy to get quite wrong.
