[<a href=\"http:\/\/www.core77.com\/blog\/object_culture\/cd_hole_art_6787.asp\">Via<\/a>] On a related note, a certain pharmaceutical has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frederiksamuel.com\/blog\/2007\/07\/cialis-cd.html\">gotten a similar notion<\/a>.  (I suppose the pagans would approve.) <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.frederiksamuel.com\/blog\/2007\/04\/mentos-gum.html\">Mentos pioneers gumvertising<\/a>, creating images out of the iconic little freshmakers. They have <a href=\"http:\/\/www.makeartpop.ca\/\">a site for creating your own<\/a> images by drawing with gum, but it seems to be down at the moment. <\/li>\n<li>The &quot;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.guerrilla-innovation.com\/archives\/2007\/05\/000594.php\">Zebra memorial crossing<\/a>&quot; is meant to memorialize pedestrians who&#8217;ve been struck by cars, thereby making the streets safer.&#160; Seemingly obvious irony: it appears to distract pedestrians at exactly the moment they&#8217;re in harm&#8217;s way.<\/li>\n<li>I enjoy the work of Russian illustrator <a href=\"http:\/\/gordei.livejournal.com\/\">Gordei<\/a>.&#160; Not speaking Russian  makes things that much more mysterious &amp; intriguing.
