Citing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.viewat.org\/?i=en&amp;sec=how\">the ubiquity of Flash over QuickTime<\/a>, the site creators have devised a system whereby photogs can upload their panoramas, make them interactive (see <a href=\"http:\/\/viewat.org\/?i=en&amp;sec=hlp#qst_12\">instructions<\/a>), and plot them on the Earth via Google Maps.&#160; Site co-creator<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.viewat.org\/?i=en&amp;sec=crdt\">Bernard Custard Gasc\u00f3<\/a> writes: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>This project is totally free for anyone who wishes to upload their<br \/>\npanoramas and has the advantage of offering your uploads in Flash, thanks to a system developed by Denis Chumakov. Besides this, you can promote<br \/>\nyour own website integrated on Google Earth.<\/p>\n<p>Needless to say, you have complete control over your own work, and<br \/>\nobviously all rights are yours.
