That means that on an 8-core Mac Pro or Vista 64 rig, you could devote up to 32 gigs of RAM just to AE or Premiere.<br \/>\nWill all that memory benefit your projects?  Depends on how big they are.  Writer Jan Ozer produced some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eventdv.net\/Articles\/News\/Feature\/The-Moving-Picture-CS4-at-64-52202.htm\">pretty amazing results<\/a> with big jobs, in one case cutting rendering time from 68 minutes to ~10.
