{"id":17050,"date":"2011-07-11T14:08:42","date_gmt":"2011-07-11T21:08:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.adobe.com\/jnack\/?p=4516"},"modified":"2011-07-11T14:08:42","modified_gmt":"2011-07-11T21:08:42","slug":"feature-request-instagram-facebook","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jnack.com\/blog\/2011\/07\/11\/feature-request-instagram-facebook\/","title":{"rendered":"Feature request: Instagram-&gt;Facebook"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I often say that if I could code, I&#8217;d never leave the basement*: I know what I want, but I have to rely on others to make it real.<\/p>\n<p>At the moment I&#8217;m wishing for a way to suck up some or all of <a href=\"http:\/\/instagrid.me\/jnack\/\">my Instagram-hosted images<\/a>, then repost them on Facebook. \u00a0I already share each individual image via Twitter (and thus Facebook), but these don&#8217;t end up residing on FB, where family members would be much more likely to see them. \u00a0This can&#8217;t be a hard thing to implement, but I&#8217;ve yet to see it done.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update<\/strong>: Thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/noahmittman\/status\/90532757993820160\">Noah Mittman<\/a> for pointing out <a href=\"http:\/\/instaport.me\/\"><strong>Instaport<\/strong><\/a>, a free site that lets you download some\/all of your images as a ZIP archive. It&#8217;s a great start, though just to get greedy, let me also request a way to retain image captions.
