J. Brockman\u00a0can move only his facial muscles and three fingers of his left hand, yet he just got to give his portrait of the First Family to President Obama:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHe ducked out of the security area and came over to us. He said, \u2018Did you do that magnificent painting?\u2019\u201d recalled Brockman, who lives in Palm Beach Gardens.<\/p>\n<p>The president lingered a few minutes, asking about Brockman\u2019s computer painting technique. The president posed for photos and signed Brockman\u2019s copy of the painting: \u201cThanks for the wonderful portrait\u2026you make us proud! Barack Obama.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe told me he hoped it would one day hang in his personal library.
