Or search for a person by name, or share your photos on a big screen via Chromecast? It\u2019s all rolling out\u2014some now, some coming soon\u2014across Android, iOS, and web.<\/p>\n<p>Per <a href=\"https:\/\/plus.google.com\/+GooglePhotos\/posts\/FDqkCmDy9U5\">the team&#8217;s post<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>People Labeling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Label the people in your photos by what you call them, name or nickname.<\/p>\n<p>This week in the U.S. you\u2019ll be able to label the people in your photos however you want &#8211; Mom can be \u201cMom\u201d, \u201cJuliana\u201d, or \u201cCat Lady\u201d \u2013 whatever you choose. These labels are completely private to you and are not associated with a Google account or profile. Once people in your photos are labeled, you can make advanced searches to find photos of people with things, places or people, such as \u201cMom at the beach\u201d or \u201cJuliana and Marco in Hawaii.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>People labeling is rolling out in the U.S. this week on Android and is coming soon to iOS and the web.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shared Albums<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gather all your photos and videos from friends and family in one spot, and know as soon as new moments are added.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re introducing shared albums later this year \u2013 a new, easy way to pool photos and videos with whomever you want, and get updates when new moments are added.
