I don\u2019t want to spoil anything, so I\u2019ll just say watch.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Sw3GIR70HAY\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Sw3GIR70HAY<\/a> \u2028<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the story &amp; subject, I\u2019ll note that I love the entirely matter-of-fact way that technology is handled here. Despite its life-changing impact, it\u2019s never fetishized by the characters, never held up in some <em>ooh-aah<\/em> light. It\u2019s the opposite of everything I\u2019ve hated about one-note movies like <em>Gattaca<\/em> &amp; <em>In Time<\/em>. \u201cAny sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic,\u201d and with constant exposure, any magic becomes unremarkable pretty fast.
