In the past I\u2019d suggest the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Browse to photos.google.com in Account 1.<\/li>\n<li>Select the first photo.<\/li>\n<li><em>Scroll scroll scroll<\/em> to the end.<\/li>\n<li>Shift-click last photo.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cDownload.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Browse to photos.google.com\u00a0in Account 2.<\/li>\n<li>Drag all the downloaded images into Account 2 to upload them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>That works, but here\u2019s a better way:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Browse to photos.google.com in Account 1.<\/li>\n<li>Create a new album.<\/li>\n<li>Add up to 2000 photos.<\/li>\n<li>Invite Account 2 to the album.<\/li>\n<li>Browse to photos.google.com in Account 2.<\/li>\n<li>Select all photos.<\/li>\n<li>Choose to add to account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0The big advantage is that you don\u2019t have to download, then re-upload everything. Slightly nerdy details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure that Account 1 isn&#8217;t set to remove geo info when sharing.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that upload quality for Account 2 is set to &#8220;Original.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Any edits you make in Account 1 (cropping, etc.) are baked into pixels when adding images to Account 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TL;DR: Use shared albums to migrate without downloading\/uploading.
