Illustrator\u2019s gradient meshes <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Adobe_Illustrator#Release_history\">debuted<\/a> 20 f\u2019ing years ago, and the challenge of using them effectively is attested to by the age of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=illustrator+gradient+mesh&amp;source=lnms&amp;tbm=isch&amp;sa=X&amp;ved=0ahUKEwjv_uu898zcAhVKh1QKHYOXCoAQ_AUIDCgD&amp;biw=1726&amp;bih=1036&amp;dpr=2\">images made with them<\/a>. Now, though, it seems Adobe\u2019s putting a more accessible interface atop similar-looking tech:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Traditional linear or radial gradients can limit your flexibility, while gradient meshes can have a steep learning curve.
