Color in the view was created by digitally compositing ultraviolet, infrared and clear filter images and was then adjusted to resemble natural color.&#160; Check it out in <a href=\"http:\/\/photojournal.jpl.nasa.gov\/figures\/PIA08329_fig2.jpg\">high res.<\/a>&#160; [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.boingboing.net\/2006\/10\/13\/planet_porn_saturns_.html\">Via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>Elsewhere in space, Wikipedia features a great shot of a <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Image%3AMarsSunset.jpg\">sunset on Mars<\/a> (in <u>no way<\/u> to be confused with <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sonyclassics.com\/breakfastonpluto\/main.htm\">Breakfast on Pluto<\/a>). <\/em>&#160; And in case you missed it earlier, check out that shot of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/pages\/live\/articles\/news\/news.html?in_article_id=407636&amp;in_page_id=1770\">space shuttle in front of the sun<\/a>.&#160; As a celebutante would say, &quot;That <em>hot<\/em>.&quot;<\/li>\n<li>Slightly closer to Earth, the <em>NYT<\/em> has a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2006\/10\/14\/science\/14rocket.html?th=&amp;adxnnl=1&amp;emc=th&amp;adxnnlx=1160831028-pnAh9FJNeNahxumn0cjBoA\">story<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/slideshow\/2006\/10\/13\/science\/20061014_ROCKET_SLIDESHOW_1.html\">slide show<\/a> of backyard rocket builders in the desert. Their creations&#8211;some able to fly to 94,000 feet&#8211;are a bit more impressive than my old DIY constructions (paper towel tube, &quot;D&quot; rocket engine, and as many <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blackcatfireworks.com\/history\/\">Black Cats<\/a> as I could cram in). Yeah, but mine blowed up <em>real good<\/em>. <\/li>\n<li>And much, <em>much<\/em> closer to earth, the <em>NYT<\/em> shows the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2006\/10\/10\/science\/10eisn.html?_r=1&amp;adxnnl=1&amp;adxnnlx=1160539511-MkIbMdiPgktR+gUSTNrf6w&amp;oref=slogin\">entomological images<\/a> of Dr. Thomas Eisner.
