[<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kottke.org\/06\/10\/invention-art\">Via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>As Turkish photog &amp; filmmaker Nuri Bilge Ceylan traveled the country to scout locations, he created a series of striking panoramas called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nuribilgeceylan.com\/turkeycinemascope1.php?sid=1\">Turkey Cinemascope<\/a>.&#160; His muted palettes &amp; lighting are out of sight.&#160; The Online Photographer offers a <a href=\"http:\/\/theonlinephotographer.blogspot.com\/2007\/02\/who-heck-is.html\">brief profile<\/a>. <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.macduffeverton.com\/html_pages\/home.html\">Macduff Everton<\/a> travels the world making beautiful images, many of them panoramic.&#160; I found his site a touch difficult to navigate (and the images sadly tiny), but the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.macduffeverton.com\/fineart\/picturegallery.htm\">gallery<\/a> is lovely nonetheless.
