He writes,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This isn&#8217;t just for commercial developers &#8211; if you are working in a &#8220;captive&#8221; IT department, and trying to determine the best way to automate your production tasks, the developer summit will be a jump start for your efforts.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\nThe  summit is free: you only pay for your transportation, hotel and meals.
