The work can enable more beautiful, flexible pages &amp; higher fidelity hand-off from design tools like Photoshop &amp; Illustrator.<\/p>\n<p>A couple of years ago we heard that &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.adobe.com\/jnack\/2010\/07\/css-is-the-new-photoshop.html\">CSS is the new Photoshop<\/a>.&#8221; It&#8217;s a deliberate overstatement, but the underlying point is true: One can make more &amp; more graphically rich, flexible elements using just markup, not bitmaps.
