Starting at one&#8217;s 5-year anniversary, you get an extra three weeks of paid vacation time (which grows longer on subsequent 5-year marks). <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.adobe.com\/adobelife\/adobe-life-magazine\/\">Adobe Life Magazine<\/a> has published a nice piece about a number of <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.adobe.com\/adobelife\/adobe-life-magazine\/the-path-less-traveled\/\">employees who&#8217;ve elected to spend time serving others<\/a> during their sabbaticals. In it I talk a bit about the brief time I spent last year <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.adobe.com\/jnack\/2012\/02\/reflections-on-guatemala-or-whats-in-a-pen.html\">in Guatemala<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tangentially related, I&#8217;m also proud that Adobe matches each employee&#8217;s charitable contributions up to $10,000\/year.
