PetaPixel <a href=\"https:\/\/petapixel.com\/2017\/08\/25\/camera-balloon-captures-total-solar-eclipse-near-space\/?mc_cid=ba0b1bc427&amp;mc_eid=53d8d48922\">writes<\/a>,<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The 9-minute video above is what one camera recorded over Central Oregon. [\u2026]\u00a0He launched the balloon shortly before totality pass over the state. As you\u2019ll see in the video, the cameras were able to capture the shadow of the moon creeping across the land and plunging everything into darkness for minutes during totality.
