Type Specimen looks like a great application. I wonder, why did it take the invention of the iPad for so many great “little apps” to start appearing? And why aren’t they available for the desktop?
Perhaps it’s just optics, but with the advent of “apps”, I’m seeing so many great tools that weren’t previously available (or conceived of), and many of them still aren’t available as traditional desktop applications.
Just a thought…
