iPad/Wall Street 2 tie-in FTW!

  1. I’ve submitted my new “iBoomBox” iPad app to Apple and it looks as though Steve approved it. Keep on Truckin’ Steve.

  2. Jack,
Love this post….I saw some kind of response from Abobe about the “flash” thing and Apple not supporting it on the IPadding wagon.
Perhaps the image of the new branding of Apple “piranha empire”. The tag line could be, “we want it all,or we eat you, apple and all.

  3. ADOBE should focus on the shit they produce (crappy flash and still no 64 bit, amateurish lightroom and so on).
there are enough things to make jokes about.
[Oh, for God’s sake relax, nancy. I just thought “iPad -> giant iPhone -> Wall Street -> funny. That’s it. It’s not some political statement. –J.]

  4. The only people who are upset about no flash on iPhone/iPad are people who have a vested interest in Flash because they either work for Adobe or their career depends on doing more Flash work. It’s ok … you can admit it.

  5. Hey Jim, you ever spend a lot of time on blogs with your iPhone to find over an over again the videos they’re posting aren’t compatible on your device? It’s frustrating to the extreme, especially when there are other (supposedly inferior) devices that do have Flash. If Apple is worried about Flash’s performance, they should have a caveat stating ‘download at your own risk, you iPhone will be less stable with Flash’ or something. I should decide if I want Flash, not Apple.

  6. Hummm.
Jack I thought you guys had separation of church and state in the adobe/apple religions.
