I think the concept is brilliant! It should be adopted into many other devices that are just a waste of time and though we’re tempted to use them, the addition of this auto switch off device, would make us think twice about the time we’re about to waste. For one, think about all the useless texting people are spending time on, while ignoring the ones next to them and their environment all together. This mechanical switch should be incorporated in an electronic way into all teens phones and activated when they exceed a certain quota of time texting instead of getting on with more productive aspects of life.
I bet we can all think of some other uses for this otherwise “useless” machine.
