I know this is nothing to do with your post but I’m getting desperate. How do I get to speak to an adobe customer service rep? I scheduled a call back which happened but was then put on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. Adobe seem to hide their phone number. Everything about customer support is extremely BAD. If you did not make such great products I’d shop else where.
Ok, my problem is that I’d like to spend a bunch of money with you and subscribe to the suite. However I already have Lightroom and I’m hoping to get some sort of credit for the Lightroom that I have already paid for.
How do I register a complaint to adobe about the customer support?
