to speak slower
to stay on subject(on second video he wasted first 15 minutes)
to be prepare and do not improvise
to say less jokes but more info
to play with tone, loudness, color of his voice to keep people in focus
to repeat some very important things (underscoring)
to learn from others like Kelby and his crew
