I find myself mocking up iPad interfaces in Illustrator (<-trendy tongue twister?) this morning, so I’m finding this collection of iPhone UI vector elements from Rusty Mitchell & the folks at Mercury Intermedia quite handy. Thanks, guys! [Update: See also Mordy Golding’s vector iPhone and components.

John, thanks for this link. I’m an Apple-phile (saddened by some recent events). Working with a startup creating an iPad app. Guess what we’re using for mockups? First-line app is Fireworks CS5, with some back-and-forth to Photoshop and Illustrator. Thinking about creating some video using Flash to refine interface. Ironic, no? 😉
Try it in Fireworks next time, much better
Rusty Mitchell created a fine library. I added the actual phone itself, as well as a tutorial on how to build some of the elements here:

[Thanks, Mordy; I’ve updated the post to mention your work. –J.]
