I’ve written previously about how the TypeDNA panel lets Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign select fonts by similarity, choose complementary fonts, etc. As a refresher, here’s a quick demo:
Now they’re offering students six months of free access to the service. You must have an EDU email address and register with this special form.
Hi 🙂 In the UK we don’t use .edu email addresses for academic institutions, most of them are ac.uk — can you update the offer to include UK universities? That would indeed be very awesome, thanks!
Register as normal then you will be asked to submit a ticket if your .ac.uk is email is not recognised, explain that .ac.uk is a UK education establishment email and they will validate your account. Worked for me! 🙂
If you find that TypeDNA does not recognize your university, college or school. Please apply and I will manually issue an education license.
We have most US Universities in our database and we have added all ac.uk domains.
